The second point that must be present is a well defined strategy, with rules for stop loss size and placement. Many trading systems promise high returns without regards for risk management. They do not include sensible money management strategies and without that, you are literally gambling. The main reason many new traders fail is because they do not understand money management. Without strict rules, you will quickly find your capital diminished.
Regardless of which market and time frame that you trade in the best forex trading systems, should have clear rules about entry, exit, stop loss and placement.
I have used Hector Tradings 3SMA system in the past with good results and also Thomas Strigano’s Forex Confidante system, but you should not feel limited in your search.There’s a lot of free systems available as well, but be careful of not accepting everything as good trading advice.
